There are no books on this quick post, as I mentioned in my previous post the focus of this trip was to drop my spawn off at school for her sophomore year. Which we actually did in two phases, so we had room in the car to purchase all of the items that we didn’t need to bring from home. We really only stayed long enough to unload the car and then set up the fish tank, so the boys had a home when we brought them back the next day.
Don’t mind the fact that Mollee looks sallow. She has some mad motion sickness, yes, she has treatment for it, and it was not a pleasant 7-hour drive thanks to her allergies flaring up at the same time. I’m pretty sure the other drivers were either sympathetically vomiting as we drove past, or thinking I was the worst mom in the world, since Mollee continuously had her head in a bag the entire drive and Summer and I were talking and doing our best to ignore the front passenger seat.
Don’t worry, Mollee is fine. We took frequent stops, with multiple bag changes, and then she got to sleep in the next day. Here’s hoping the return trip will not be so traumatic for any of us.
